I’ve never written a bad review in my life.. I order a tv a week ago through the Argos app went to check out and the payment wouldn’t accept and I cancelled it and tried again and the same thing happened.. but both payments were pending in my bank account which was deducted from my account.. I went to my local Argos ( Camborne Cornwall) and ask for the customer service number and a member of staff told me that they can’t even get through to customer service and believed they had be blocked. I got the number and tried even option and got cut off each time. Whilst waiting for this number from staff several customers came to the store will the same issue. After seven days on got the money credited back to my account. This is not acceptable service.. I understand there is a high demand for online shopping but when you take our money but we are not receiving the goods.. we should be able to contact someone to resolve these issues.. this is causing stress to people in a time that’s difficult enough.. take responsibility for this poor service and sort it or don’t continue this to advertise your goods..
