Ordered a washing machine. 10 day wait for delivery date. 7am-7pm time slot on the day!
The delivery driver called at 6.45pm to say they wouldn’t be delivering.
Received a text message to say my new delivery date would be a further 10 day wait... called customer service. no apology, and couldn’t care less when I had explained I’d taken a day off work for delivery.
Also 37 weeks pregnant, so can’t wait a further 10 days.
Was on the phone for 2hrs to speak to a manager. Had to hang up and request via live chat to cancel
Order and refund.
Awful service received. I have cancelled my order, and re ordered from another company who can deliver in 48hrs.
Safe to say I won’t be using Argos again.
