Ordered cooker that was showing as in stock to urgently replace my family cooker that flooded....they took payment and had e mail saying that delivery would be in touch in couple of days...waited 5 days ...phoned customer service and was told they will contact suppliers and get back to me...day 7 i had enough of waiting so phoned customer service to be told its probably not in stock.....what an utter disgusting service....i told them i wanted refund and was told it would take a few days to appear on my account.Grrrrrrrrrrrr
