Been waiting a long time to get hold of a 20kg kettlebell, stocks limited due covid 19. Checked argos site and they were back in stock so I ordered one for delivery the next day. No email or text was sent confirming my order was out for delivery so I contacted them. Order was showing as missing, and no other stock was left so was sent a refund. Whilst I cant fault the service I received, I did have to chase the order before a refund was offered but I am more disappointed that after waiting months and finally ordering an item that was in stock I am still without the item 😒
