Ordered a mattress which was delivered on time. After only one night I used live chat after waiting 21 minutes. Phone cut me off.!
I asked if I could have a replacement alternative which was £400 more. The order was taken by Benjamin ( I have the transcript) and I was told someone would call to do payment with 48 hours. It is now 5 days later and no one has called so, I have bought a new mattress elsewhere and will never use Argos online again. I will put the rubbish mattress I bought down to a bad experience. Awful customer service , blamed no doubt on Covid, but in fact seems to be a don't care attitude.
