About an order click and collect, could not check in online ,spend 10 minutes had to download an app still couldn’t check in, after another 10 good minutes, Had to speak to the lady after she check me in, was late to go work, the date before received email that there was no ktc vegetable oil. Guess what I went inside the shop and there was lots of both ktc vegetable and ktc sunflower. But they charge me the day before me collecting the order, why not making sure that all the item is there on the day. And charge only for the item that available. Why charging the full price, then email to said item unavailable. For return had to call customer service, the lady said we didn’t charge you for the item, I ask her if I could send her a screen shot of my statement to show her after she said that the refund will be in my account tomorrow. Would not order again there.
