Do not trust Asda with your online shopping if you are shielding.
Cancelled our order took the money twice and when you contact them they offer a slot a week later and a simple sorry.
We have to wait at least 48hrs for the money to be returned.
They were not able/interested in providing a click and collect slot.
Not like my 4 young children or I need to eat over the next week or the items we ordered for our soon to be three year olds birthday are important I suppose.
I am sure Tesco will appreciate our custom as this is ridiculous
