Asda caerphilly I ordered 3 items on there click and collect .only 2 items arrived one was stolen as it's on the delivery note inside the box which is too small for the stolen item so who ever packed the item up stole the item as I dont have it . . Item now out of stock it was in stock when I ordered and paid for it . Customer service was a waste of time get more help out of a robot Scripted reply which was I can do a refund I can do a refund. I dont want the refund I want what I ordered and PAID FOR to be delivered why do these companys think just give a refund is acceptable ppl dont want the refund they want the items they bought and paid for. So completely useless click and cant collect .
