I'm a lover of George clothes and also their home items. I am a regular shopper in the store at the Fort in Easterhouse. I've never had a complaint to make about any item I've purchased or the staff and customer service they provide. However, this morning the store was particularly busy, but with plenty of staff on the checkout, it was moving pretty fast... I did notice that there was one voice calling for customers to go to the bottom tills. ANGELA ⭐️ was her name, she seemed to be getting through more customers with a very PLEASANT manner, no rushing, smiled and made conversation the whole time she was serving. (A few of the others seemed to be under pressure). Also while shopping I was looking for a mirror to try on a hat, I asked an elderly male store assistant where i could find one, instead of directions, he lead me straight to the other end of the store to the 'one and only mirror' 🤣 Well done, I'm impressed. Especially with Angela ⭐️ What a great asset to your team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
