Left my prescription sunglasses in Asda at Clacton, 4 days ago and it’s impossible to contact the store direct as they are not taking calls. Phoned customer service and they said would transfer me to the store, the phone went dead on two occasions. Couldn’t go into the store as went away later that day. Nothing on help line that mentions Lost property.
