I have always been quite happy with Asda, but this morning as made me quite mad and pondering how their brain works.
I went to do my weekly shop and went to the vegetable Isle to get some carrots
There was ready bagged carrots in plastic bags, and pick your own, so being conscious that they are trying to cut down on plastic I picked my own 12 large carrots, then nothing to put them in, I put them loose in my basket, thinking they must bag them at the checkout, I also picked up a cauliflower, in a PLASTIC BAG as they all was, got to checkout and the carrots came through loose, I asked the girl if I could have a bag for them and she said no because they are cutting down on plastic, (I'm all for this, but what is wrong with a paper bag,)
So I said I agree but I have bought a cauliflower that DON'T need a plastic bag and it's one item but it's got one on
SO I CARNT SEE THE SENSE, 12 carrots and they have no alternative bags to take them home but a single cauliflower needs a plastic bag, and bananas in a plastic bag,
