I was unable to use my cash pot rewards in store because I had scanned the reward card?? Had to abandon shopping. Tried to do a click and collect order the next day and now had an email to say there was a problem with my card. Customer service were as much use as a chocolate tea pot and now I appear to have lost my rewards and have no shopping in for Christmas. I actually believe that this is all very convenient to Asda and I am sure they are doing very nicely with the extra sales as the staff said this is happening all over. Well I don't have time to get to the shops now so it will be beans on toast for Christmas dinner - one thing is for sure, if I do manage to get out and do some shopping between my 2 jobs I won't be spending my money at ASDA - MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
