After not receiving half of my shopping I put in a request for a refund for those items I didn't receive
Rejected.
Spoke to someone at customer services who said they would refund me in full and send a £5 apology voucher (therefore accepting liability).
I got the voucher and only 13 of the 28 items refunded (the cheapest items).
Spoke to someone else who has said the rest are with the claim team to review.
So now out of food and out of pocket. Wonderful.
