Placed an online order 15/06/24 for 3rd party express delivery £8.50 (delivered by Uber) at Asda Southbank. So between Asda and Express delivery. A full bag of my shopping with almost £30 has gone missing… 5 item in total (not the first time). My refund… rejected! I rang Asda customer services as soon as I requested a refund. I knew they would reject refund as their usual response is it shows delivered to your address. The whole Express deliver is so flawed as your trapped between Asda and Uber who will take no responsibility. Instead it’s the buyer who is penalized (no items and no refund) HOW CONVENIENT for both companies. Be very careful when using Asda's Express delivery its flawed!
