My husband and I are disabled and rely on the delivery service to bring our shopping once a month. This month our shopping came to over £200.00. This morning we had an email saying "sorry but we can not deliver your asda order due to an accident/no staff etc.. and we will get a full refund in 3 to 5 days! " I've checked my bank and they have taken the money and a delivery charge and as yet there is no refund. We have checked our ring door bell and were amazed to see, this morning, an asda van outside our house, unloading shopping he came down my drive and then turned round and reloaded his van ! He didn't knock the door or ring the bell (my 3 dogs would have heard him). At the same time he was outside we were reading the asda message ! The whole company has gone down hill since it was taken over. Won't be shopping with asda again. Just got to wait 3 to 5 days untill we can go get my shopping now ! What a joke
