We shopped in Asda South Shields on Friday October 25th at lunchtime at the height of chaos as the Asda app was not working. We use scan and go and on arriving at the checkout we needed help to load our shopping and use offers we had available. An assistant called Sarah (a runner perhaps?) came to help us and all the other shoppers as we all needed assistance. We were very impressed with how she handled an extremely stressful situation by remaining calm and efficient. She worked through all the shoppers problems and was very friendly to everyone. Thanks so much for your help Sarah, it was much appreciated.
