Was in my local Asda this evening, paying by cash on self service but there was a problem. Member of staff came straight over to help. She was having trouble trying to sort it and was calling on her earpiece for help. Another customer was having problem with her till, and needed someone to login, she started off by being rude to the Asda lady helping me. accusing her of standing around, swore at her and insulted her by saying she was nothing as she only works at Asda. Was a vile woman, even threatening me with pointy finger, when i told her to wait her turn and she being out of order My point is everyday people working in retail receive abuse mainly from entitled lowlifes it is bound to affect them. Thank you to the staff member who helped me, and for staying calm!
