I have been using Asda for many years for a main shop. Includes shops around the UK. Now settled in one place I used to look forward to a weekly one stop shop. Over the last year I've noticed a decline in the shop. Products routinely out of stock. Prices hard to fathom and staff appear disenchanted. The result is that I now use the German stores increasingly. Their products which I used to think as inferior are generally of the same standard but cheaper. The bonuses scheme was good for me but I rarely get credit. I'm no manager but I suggest that the company goes back to what it was good at. Quality at a good price in a good atmosphere.
