I shop in Asda evry day,I was at checkout and asked for cash back the cashier and another member of staff were busy talking and she forgot about cash back and told me she would have to start again and rescan,and told me that a cash machine was outside I said it didn't matter and went to kiosk and brought something else low and behold they were talking to and I stood there while they finished their conversation .
