DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASDA/GEORGE
Placed an order for two beds, asda took my money straight away and gave me a date three weeks in the future for the beds to be delivered by.
No further communication received.
I contacted Asda customer services (based in the Philippines) on the last date of the delivery period.
Customer services is a joke: they can't speak English, and are quite clearly reading from a very infuriating script. They had no idea where my order was, blamed the couriers or the supplier. I spoke to a manager who told me he would chase down my order and get back to me in 24hours. Completely lied to me, no contact was made and when I phoned back, nothing regarding my order had been looked into.
Hoping that something can be resolved but I will not be ordering from Asda again and I am very glad I paid through PayPal and by credit card, so I can force a refund if my goods don't show up soon!!
