Was expecting order to arrive today only to find an email saying it had been cancelled. It was due to my card being refused. This has never happened before. Someone from their customer service should have phone me and spoken to me so that I could give new card details over the phone. Because they did not do this I am without food today, and will have the massive inconvenience of shopping on the high street. I am disabled so this is a huge, huge hassle. You can do much better Asda. Don't be so lazy with your customer service, look after your customers please!
