Would never order anything online again and their customer service is appalling. Paid for garden furniture and waited and waited for it to arrive. A very large and relatively expensive item was lost in the post butAsda were happy for the status quo to continue. We were expected to chase the delivery company Arrow XL (even had to contact their Chief Exec who could not find the item. Eventually ordered the item again some 6 weeks later and cancelled the first one. We're offered a £15 e voucher as compensation for the calls and time taken off work - iwouldn't like to think how little Asda pay staff if they honestly believe that is compensation for 2 days off work.
Anyway, put the e voucher towards a bin online...went to collect it from our local store as arranged.... And it hadn't arrived....we waited a further week and it still hasn't arrived!!!
Perhaps Asda should stick to groceries and leave larger items to the likes of Tesco? Customer satisfaction and service is clearly not a priority from ur experience!
