Went to 24hrs Asda in Rohampton . Looking for kinder surprise eggs for my daughter. I couldn't find it . As I approach the tills I asked a lady if she can help me find them but she pointed me to the customer service. When I got there poor lady at customer service had to walk back to the same lady who told her if he could not found it in the shelf then we don't have it. So why did she send me to the customer service. May she wanted me out of the store as the customer service is on the way out.She wasn't on the tills just standing not doing anything. She seems not to care even to put an effort to take me down the shelf to check. I went to the next 24hrs Tesco new malden and I asked an employee who walked me to where the kinder surprise eggs were. Poor customer service at Asda. She was a coloured lady.
