We placed an order with Asda for twenty four bottles of wine for a family get together or Christmas we specified that we did not want any substitutes the order was for the sum of £147.02 when the order arrived the driver didn't even unload, as they had sent a substitute and he could see by the order none would be acceppted so they were sent back.
I have spent the last three days trying to get my money back after two very long phone ,calls with Asda customer service [Would anyone pay for 24 bottles of wine they had never tried )
Still waiting for my refund of £147.02 day four. Going back to Tesco for shopping as refund come back next day good bye Asda
