Well for a start waited 15 mins for someone to bring my click and collect to me , and feel would of been longer if hadn't reported it !
Then found the right item I ordered in store so ask to swop one of the items I ordered for the correct item and was told no , I needed to buy the item and then go through the process of sending the other back and get a refund when they receive it , never have I heard of this before if it's a Asda product and swooping for a adsa product what the big deal ?
I will not be using this service again !!
