ASDA are an exceptionally poor organisation who treat their customers with complete disregard. They fail to understand the concept of customer loyalty and how this affects their brand. They have a low expectation of the customer experience and treat all customer complaints with complete apathy and disrespect.
Their Head Office and Executive Relations Office are quite expert in 'stonewalling' and appear completely inept in their role and attitude toward their customers.
I am a Marks & Spencer shopper but shop at local stores for high street brands which I cannot get at M&S. ASDA are shockingly poor and treat customers shabbily and without respect.
ASDA cannot fail to see their customer service ratings on TRUSTPILOT and social media sites, yet they fail to respond in a positive way to improve the customer experience and the way they treat their customers.
After my recent experience with their woefully inept Customer Service team and Executive Relations Office, I can say with surety that I have shopped at this store for the last time.
I would give no stars if this system allowed !!!!
