ASDA does that stand for After Sales Disaster Area, because that's certainly what I found, they did not turn up in the arranged slot, they did not phone me until an hour after the slot, when they did it had to be rearranged for the next morning, they did not turn up, and they never phoned, when I finally managed to get in touch with the home delivery dept, they lied and said he was "down the road, and you are next" it took him 3hrs to get to me, (so that's 7hrs late) again no phone call to let me know what's going on. On top of that I was just sitting down to my tea when he phoned me to tell me he was outside. They are a bunch of muppets and I'll never use them again.
