I have made my second home delivery with Asda in order to save money. Not only they were out of stock with many regular items like bag of carrots or organic cucumber etc... My second order was delivered with MOUSE!!! It appeared few minutes after the shopping was delivered and packed in the evening. Literally 10 min no later I have heard strange noise in a kitchen by the bin liner. Next day I spent 30 min on a phone complaining and crying as my apartment had never had this issue. Never. Sadly after being passed from one customer service to another, NOTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED. I am now to pay professionals to remove the mouse from my own pocket and I feel discussed by the whole thing. Revolting. DON"T SHOP IN ASDA!
