I have been shopping online with Asda for over 6 months now. Every week they make substitutes on at least 6 items, I know i can opt not to take substitutes but really!! some of the substitutes they provide for some things are quite ridiculous, Whoever is making up the orders really need to have a little bit more common sense. I ordered espresso coffee pods they substituted them for XXL coffee ??? ( I mean if i ordered a Mini from a garage and they delivered a Mini bus. ) order medium Always pants they send large. order long plus Always pads they send small, mozzarella cheese substitute cheddar, screw in light bulb substitute a bayonet bulb ?? Large dog dentastix substitute small dog dentastix, the list is endless and on a weekly basis I have to complain to them.
Like most normal people when shopping I buy a weeks worth of groceries, Only to find that when the groceries arrive the FRESH meats, poultry, fish etc have only 1 day date left on them as do the cold meats. I mean if your order 3 packs of cold meat on the 7th why would you want 3 packs that go out of date on the 8th ?? Who eats 3 packs of cold meat in one day?? again I blame who ever is making up the orders if they just used a little common sense, or I wonder, are they being told to send out all the nearly out of dates to online customers orders?? We are paying customers just the same as the ones that go into the stores. I wonder would they like to be on the receiving end of these orders?? and today order arrived with 2 missing Items and 2 items that go out of date tomorrow
