My second attempt to get home delivery and driver denied to bring the order to my door asking me if I dont have lift in the building he can not bring my order upstairs which by the was only on 1st floor. Extremely disappointed with Asda home delivery. i wish they realised how much inconvinience they are causing to their customers whether we are working class who need to prepare meals for our families and relying on the order to arrive so can feed young children. Or might be may be medical reaaons a customer can not go shop or carry bags upstairs and ASDA let you down.
