WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS - DO NOT USE ASDA Ordered online george - phoned customer service 20 mins later to change size of an item.Woman couldnt understand name,email address or postcode - took 10 mins to get that far.Cant change size,order must be cancelled (3-5 days for money back in bank) then re-ordered.Did this and the idiot cancelled 2nd order not 1st.Back onto customer service - total waste of time.Phoned head office........got put through to the same bunch of half wits in customer service.1st order STILL not cancelled.30 more minutes on the phone and still 3-5 days for all of the money from both orders to go back into account.Told to re-order for a 3rd time in same day - not a snowballs chance.DO NOT USE!!! APPALLING!!! Offered 'goodwill' gesture of £2.95 delivery!! On what?!?!!! THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!
