I placed my Xmas booze order (their prices were too good to resist) for delivery from the Wisbech store but half of it was missing even though they'd charged my debit card for the lot. The driver was very helpful but obviously all he could do was direct me to their call centre. I don't know where ADSA's call centre is but the person who dealt with my call didn't speak proper English. Just been on the phone for 15 minutes and they've arranged to deliver the balance at 9:20pm tonight. No real apology involved - it was like I was just being a nuisance.
After I complained they changed the order on my ASDA account to show the revised delivery but my bank account shows they're still trying to charge me for goods worth £60 that haven't been delivered!
Just a bunch of incompetent crooks!
