We recently placed an online food order to arrive when we got back form our holiday. We had booked the delivery from 8pm - 9pm. It got to 9pm and I hadn't heard anything. I kept checking my phone just to see if there had called me, but nothing. I rang customer service and the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and advised me that the driver had called round at 7.45pm and that there had been no answer so they left. I can't believe no one contacted me about this and it was left to me to find out what had happened. I have since contacted asda and haven't been offered any gesture of goodwill and not even an apology. We will stick to Morrisons and Sainsburys who never fail to deliver.
