Customer services team I called was trying to help but Asda management didn’t give me a choice than cancel my order as the driver rudely refuse to bring me my shopping and ask me to come down stairs to get it,I did explain that I can’t leave my autistic disabled child inatended but the driver didn’t care he even take away the first shopping busket from my hand yelling if you don’t go downstairs take the rest I'm taking It back,my neighbor came out to see what happens as he was lound and rude, I did explain to himAsda already Khow my situation,let me call them ,they will confirm it,but he took my shopping and left yelling. The manager I talked too seeking help didn’t care ,giving me 2 options to arrange delivery,or I go downstairs take my shopping or I have to cancel my order,I’m still shocked and stressed ,Asda should make it clear that they are unfriendly shop to disable people before they put us in sush situation . That’s why I’m taking this matter further to everything who it my concern.
