I have made a Christmas booking it was done 2 weeks before Christmas everything was paid for and confirmed it was to be delivered on the 31st of December I went away on holiday and on the 30th had a text to say I could update my my account with any other items that I wished at 8 a.m. the next day which was the 31st I had a message to say there has been an error and that no delivery would be made the delivery was supposed to be between 8 a.m. and 9 absolutely fuming as I have anxiety and can't go out to supermarkets,
