Felt the need to write this felt so disgusted with Asda. My cousin who is a nurse at NGH kindly got me a few items from Asda on Monday morning on her day off. She told me the upstairs in Asda was still open with plenty of people with children shopping this was so not necessary, I am aware the guidelines of what to do and what not to do have tightened since then but it was left to company’s to use there common sense and close the upstairs off as only food was important.
Also she was very annoyed with a member of staff (very sorry she did not get a name) at the shop and go section who was annoyed at my cousin who asked her politely to allow her to pass without getting too near to her as she was talking to another member of staff, as my cousin was trying to follow the guidelines as best she could, when she finally got to pay help needed from a staff member for her to to complete the transaction, she clearly heard the staff member who had been rude to her say to another member of staff in not a nice tone of voice “ you can deal with her”. I was so angry when she told me what had happened, she is trying to help both me and my sister plus look after her own family on top of doing the demanding job like so many others. I really wish I knew the name of the staff as she ought to be ashamed of herself. Two very annoyed and disappointed customers of yours.
