My online shop was delivered with 19 items missing ? But they where happy to charge me for all these missing items ! Took a good few day untill I finally got my money back, if you don’t have the items fair enough I understand but don’t charge me for them ! You packed them and know what’s missing ?
Also very p that ASDA has cancelled my recurring slots (no reason given or email of any kind to say so ?)
My online shop is for my family AND for vulnerable people I shop for !
So just want to say thank you very much to Southport ASDA for putting vulnerable people in my family at risk now having to go out !
