My delivery yesterday did not arrive , driver arrived got out his van opened the back doors , shut them and drove off !no phone call no explanation !?after several attempt to contact Anyone ( an impossible task I have to say ) I eventually got to speak to someone .... in America yes America , as Asda’s here cannot cope with the demand and calls , lovely lady who desperately tryed to help but only managed to find out that the order was not on the delivery ! Appalling service and customer care ! So no shopping this week ! The other problem is orders on my recurring slot disappear out of my account and I cannot amend ,so have no idea if next weeks will come either ! Andnoway of speaking to anyone at Asda’s !! Appalling service !
