Ordered £159 shop & paid for delivery! Minutes after arrival delivery driver drove off without explanation shouting he will be back shortly! with almost £50 worth of items missing & 6 crates of a partial order in my doorway I waited half hour for driver to return in vain! On checking online account the order status changed from delivery in progress to delivery complete! In tears I complained to Asda Customer Service but refund rejected & was told to either dispose of the 6 empty Asda Crates myself or order a new shop with delivery for Asda driver to collect & remove; 4 days later crates still at my property causing an obstruction, sick elderly mother & I hurt of the financial & emotional abuse with no positive response from the company...what did we do to deserve this treatment?! Shopped with Asda for over 20 years & now forced to go elsewhere.
