I purchased this tree approximately three years ago for $450 on sale. I put it up in the middle part is not working. We did everything in the manual to get this tree to work but nothing. Called the company and they more or less washed her hands and said they cannot do anything. I would never ever buy anything from balsam Hill again. This is overpriced junk!!!!
