I ordered my Christmas tree on December 12, it was supposed to have been here by December 20. It arrived on the 21st of December, in two boxes which is what we had anticipated. Unfortunately both boxes were filled with the same parts of the tree which make it impossible to put together. They will send the right box but now it might make it here by the 24, if we are lucky. They offered absolutely no compensation for their mistake. "There is literally nothing I can do for you," said the customer service representative.
