So I was sold an item out of stock two weeks ago. They never told me and just kept my money. I had to contact them.
Its been good and well brought to their attention that the item is out of stock but they REFUSE to take it down or list it as back order because their business model is tricking customers …..
I’ve since spoke to a minimum of THIRTEEN balsam hill representatives, all of whom admit the item is out of stock and they don’t know when it would ever be in stock again and EACH OF WHOM HAVE IGNORED my question “WHY IS IT STILL LISTED AS IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE, where another customer can pay for it and fall in the same trap I did?”
They keep just saying “sorry for the inconvenience.” YOU MEAN SORRY YOUR BUSINESS MODEL IS TO TRY TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY ITEMS YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF SENDING?
