In late October, I bought the Balsam Hill Winterberry Forest Wreath for $229.25. In December, I proudly put it on my front door for display during the holiday season. I recently took it down and noticed all the evergreen branches had "frizzled" on their ends-basically melted. We live in Minnesota, so much of the season is below zero. When I called and talked to Blanca, Customer Service, she told me it was beyond the 30 day warranty, and there was nothing she could do. When I explained that BH should stand behind their products, even if the manufacturer does not, Blanca just reiterated her 30 day warranty several more times. When I bought the wreath in October, the warranty was already void before I ever hung it on the door. I should have gone to Hobby Lobby or Target and bought a $49.99 wreath and replaced it for the next 5 years - I would be further ahead! BUYER BEWARE - BALSAM HILL DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!
