I brought a tree 4 years ago and it's a 10 ft tree the Cheap Plastic connecting the Top and Bottom of tree Broke. I called Over a Year ago and made a complaint First they were going to send a new tree because that part is not available to be sold than I got a email They had no more Tree they were Sold Out AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM
