Brilliant Service. Great Products. Competitive Prices. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I telephoned and answered all my queries there and then. Ordering was easy and the items (bath, shower screen, toilet, accessories) arrived promptly as promised via the courier. Overall, the packaging was great except the crate/pallet/framework used to transport the heavy bath had partly disintegrated in transit. However, the bath was completely undamaged. The toilet cistern had been slightly chipped before it left the factory but Bathroom Village instantly resolved the issue very satisfactorily. Items are yet to be installed and I'm looking forward to my new bathroom!
