The goods failed to be delivered for some time and a member of your staff had to intervene. When they finally arrived they were faulty. Again she acted swiftly to have the goods replaced. When the second batch of Burlington loo seats arrived they were lovely - a really classy product. Well done to Vicky for sorting things out!
