after renovating a couple of houses and using various different bathroom companies/websites, I have found Bathroom Village to be head and shoulders above the rest. I dealt directly over the phone at the initial order with Byron in the Exeter branch who was helpful and informative, and managed to secure me some good discounts. The goods were able to be held for me until I required them which actually turned out to e longer than anticipated- no problem. On fitting the new bathroom a few weeks later we found that there was actually a tap missing, so I called Byron to explain and even though we were out of the time period to highlight any issues, he was so helpful and reordered me the missing tap and sent it next day delivery and FOC to myself! Perfect service, would definitely recommend to a friend!!
