Returned a parcel, 7 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund, customer service just say the same thing to me that they are looking into it even though I have proof of refund receipt …. Absolutely disgraceful , in all my years of online shopping I have never known the likes of this … I will keep reviewing until my refund is back in my bank !!!!!!!!!
