“From the moment I walked into the shop, I was met with nothing but bad manners. Instead of a simple greeting, the staff name (Ali) at galleria mall bershka were immediately rude and dismissive. He even raised his voice at my 1-year-old child.And saying she's touching things🙄 I was appalled by the total lack of professionalism and respect. When I tried to address the situation, he didn’t even apologize and acted like it was no big deal. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customers, especially parents with small children. I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to be treated poorly. worst customer service ever!”

“If i could give 0 stars, i would! I’ve been trying to return an item since December and they’ve locked me out of my account so I can’t refund the item. i’ve been emailing and emailing and not only can the staff not seem to form a literate sentence, but they either ignore me or tell me to ‘wait for a courier to contact me’? even though they haven’t arranged one? What are they, magic? All i want is my money back yet this seems like an impossible task. I definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping online unless you have already tried on the clothes in the store beforehand as they will not allow a return of the item and will not give you your money back”

“Don’t order from this vile company! They tried to deliver an empty box to me so I refused delivery and they’re telling me they won’t refund me or do anything to help! Disgusting customer service to say the least. Fuming 😡”

“Horrendous company will never use again!! Sent me a faulty pair of jeans and flat out refused to accept a return as I was a couple of days over the 30 day return policy over Christmas!!! I purchased a Christmas present on Black Friday and most decent companies allow for this! This wasn't a change of mind, this is a faulty item! Will absolutely never be buying anything from this company again!! There are plenty of decent shops out there but this definitely is not one of them!”

“SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! The parcel was apparently delivered and left at the front door. I did NOT authorize a delivery without a signature nor did I specify that I am authorizing the parcel to be left unattended. The parcel is now lost/stolen and it is NOT at the delivery address. I contacted the delivery company and they have also admitted various times their driver did not follow protocol and they stated that the parcel is in fact stolen and to contact Berskha for a refund or replacement but BERSHKA has NOT helped me at all. What has happened goes against their FAQ PAGE: WHAT IF I'M NOT AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS THE ORDER? After a first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a confirmation note and will try to contact you to set a new delivery date. If you wish, you may also contact the courier after receiving said note. After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount. AFTER SPEAKING TO BERSHKA SEVERAL TIMES VIA THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE REFUNDED IN FACT ON THAT DAY I SPOKE TO THEM THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 2 HOURS AND THEN I WOULD SEE THE REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOW SAYING VIA EMAIL THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME. BERSHKA IS THE BIGGEST SCAM & SO IS THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BEWARE!!!!! SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!! Look at the photos I have attached. Their delivery company admitted to the fault!!! The driver left the parcel without a signature which is NOT allowed and the parcel is now stolen but BERSHKA refuses to refund me.”

“I live on a college campus so all my mail/packages go to a separate building. You are supposed to deliver the package directly to the mailroom or they cannot accept it. My package from Bershka was delivered to the building but left at the front desk for anyone to take. The mailroom could not accept the package as it was not directly handled to them. Because of this, the package just sat at the front desk without my knowledge and was likely stolen by a passerby. I have contacted Bershka numerous times that I did not receive the package and that the handling of the delivery was the cause. Nonetheless, they give me the same response every time that the package was delivered and they will not offer me a refund nor a replacement. I would not recommend buying from them if you live on a college campus.”

“I have two items from bershka, one I bought in t.k maxx and one I bought on the actual bershka website, the one purchased from t.k maxx was a little green denim jacket, it fits so so well and is super flattering, and the other being some jeans. The jeans are the very definition of jeans that 'just jean'. I love them, I also love bershka sizing! For the jeans I bought them in a size larger than I normally wear as the jeans were supposed to be high rise but I wanted them to be low rise I can however imagine they would still be the perfect size if I wore them in the way they were supposed to be worn. Another thing I love about Bershka is their teen line because as a teen I find finding clothes that fit immensely tiresome!! So the fact that bershka has a teen line is just perfect. The sizing (I believe) is no different to women's but the proportions are just more suited to teens and the items aren't as long. Also their products are the perfect price (in my opinion). Also free shipping!!!!😍😍”

“Belfast, Victoria Square store. Staff member would not allow me to have the top off the mannequin which was the last one in the size I needed. Online it says that the store had size small in stock so I went to the store to find that the only size left was on the mannequin. Employees obviously just too lazy to change the mannequin and would rather lose out on a sale altogether than change it.”

“They sent me the package with PostNL. Post NL lost my package but they said they delivered it to me. Lie Post NL. Berska sent me a form where I have to send my signature from an official document !!?? I had the same experience with Post NL at Amazon. Amazon gave me my money back with no discussion, no form. DO NOT BUY FROM BERSKA, DO NOT WORK WITH POST NL !!!”

“Extremely poor staff behavior that doesn’t know the basics of customer service! Stupid rules as the guy on cashier try to explained me, that no one else in the market has !!! I removed the price tag to wear the dress & i noticed 2 tears in the dress. I was honest & not the tag back to the dress & the sales guy told me its rule that when you remove the tag they can’t exchange or refund & he can’t break the rules !!!??? Seriously ?! I would never step in to this cheap shop that doesn’t know anything about value & service. Super cheap staff this company hired to probably reduce their cost.”

“When I went to the store in Oxford street london, there was one employee who looked like he had experience and another one with a mic on that didnt know what exactly she was supposed to do and had the audacity to be standoffish! I received one package when I was supposed to receive two! When I confronted the employee he stated that I have to watsapp or call their services. How does a company with such magnitude not have a proper email address? Their watsapp is managed by a robot that literally asks the same questions and keeps going in circles... their customer service never picks up and is closed by 5pm and I have yet to receive any news about my other package. I will never purchase anything from Bershka”

“Returned a parcel, 7 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund, customer service just say the same thing to me that they are looking into it even though I have proof of refund receipt …. Absolutely disgraceful , in all my years of online shopping I have never known the likes of this … I will keep reviewing until my refund is back in my bank !!!!!!!!! Disgraceful … don’t buy unless you know you definitely want garment”
