When I went to the store in Oxford street london, there was one employee who looked like he had experience and another one with a mic on that didnt know what exactly she was supposed to do and had the audacity to be standoffish! I received one package when I was supposed to receive two! When I confronted the employee he stated that I have to watsapp or call their services. How does a company with such magnitude not have a proper email address? Their watsapp is managed by a robot that literally asks the same questions and keeps going in circles... their customer service never picks up and is closed by 5pm and I have yet to receive any news about my other package.
